In the heart of Poblacion, Makati City, where culture and cuisine intersect, a new culinary destination was brought to life — Fook Hing Fun Restaurant. This 150 sqm commercial space was transformed through an intensive Design and Build commercial fit-out project, masterfully executed for Yummyverse Corp.

The project was more than just a build — it was a creative collaboration aimed at delivering a unique, immersive dining experience. The scope included full architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services. Complementing the physical build were essential technologies such as a POS system, CCTV, and auxiliary systems — each carefully integrated to support efficient operations and security.

With a footprint of just 150 square meters, the challenge was to maximize every inch while ensuring seamless guest flow, optimal kitchen layout, and a distinct brand personality. Through precise planning and attention to detail, the space now reflects a harmonious blend of functionality and design flair.

All of this was achieved within a rapid 45-day timeline — a testament to efficient project management and skilled craftsmanship. The result is a vibrant, modern space that invites guests to enjoy not only flavorful dishes but also a thoughtfully designed atmosphere.
