In one of Ortigas' most vibrant culinary spots — The Corner Market inside Podium Mall — a standout food stall has been reborn: Salmon HQ. This compact yet high-impact 45 sqm food stall was brought to life through an agile and efficient commercial fit-out project for a fast-growing food brand known for its premium offerings.
Commissioned by Salmon HQ, the project delivered end-to-end Design and Build services that covered architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works. The scope also included integrated systems such as CCTV, POS, auxiliary systems, and necessary demolition works to reset the space and start fresh.
The goal was to create a clean, efficient, and attractive service counter that resonates with Salmon HQ's brand identity while ensuring high functionality in a tight space. Working within a bustling commercial environment and an active mall required meticulous coordination and fast-tracked approvals. Every decision—from layout to lighting—was made to optimize workflow and elevate customer experience.
Despite the constraints of space and time, the entire project was completed in just 20 days. The result is a fresh, modern stall that delivers premium service with a strong visual presence — all within a space no bigger than a typical studio unit.
